you guys it was a little dance workout video today focusing on the tight core
trying to sculpt those ABS get strong and toned for the summer so let's find a
place in your room make some space and let's get ready to dance and have some
fun so once you find a good spot to work out just kind of spread your feet a
nice comfortable distance apart we're just gonna start by getting a little
groove move in side to side so Darlene and I we're getting really excited about
our ab workout we're thinking you know after working out all day you want to
order some pizza after we work out does that sound like a good idea haha so we
were wondering you guys what's your favorite pizza topping what should we get

and through the sides of your waist go ahead and suck your belly up and end so
you really want to feel those ab muscles working alright I'm gonna take this
into a twist reach your arm across you're still reaching really long using your
nice strong ab muscles to give you a deep twist cheers we're working those
